Information collected
The contact form asks only for a name, email address, a short description of the requested result, and consent to receive a response. A surname is optional. Hosting and delivery providers may automatically process limited technical metadata required for security, delivery, and service operation.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used only to review and respond to the enquiry, prevent misuse, keep necessary commercial records, and meet applicable legal obligations. If an engagement proceeds, the proposal and contractual terms are provided separately before payment.
Processors and delivery
Website hosting and form delivery may involve Vercel, the configured SMTP email provider, and Telegram for a notification. The enquiry is delivered to the designated inbox. The public form does not write enquiries to Supabase or another website database. Data is not sold. Cross-border processing may occur where a configured provider operates internationally.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries should be removed when they are no longer needed for follow-up, security, or legal records. Contract and invoice data may be retained for statutory periods.

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the contact form or emailing contact@aurexis.pro.
Do not send secrets
Do not submit API keys, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, account data, or confidential source code through the public form. Secure transfer arrangements are made separately when required.
