1. Website purpose
This website describes independent software-engineering services and allows a prospective client to send a preliminary enquiry. It does not provide brokerage, custody, account management, trading signals, investment advice, or guaranteed commercial availability.
2. A preliminary request is not an order
Submitting the form does not create a contract, reserve engineering capacity, approve access to a system, or require either party to proceed.
3. Private proposal before payment
If a request is accepted for discussion, the prospective client receives the contracting provider details, scope, deliverables, exclusions, price, timeline, acceptance criteria, confidentiality terms, cancellation terms, and invoice privately. The client decides whether to accept those terms before payment.
4. Client responsibility
The client remains responsible for trading decisions, lawful access to supplied systems, backups, production approval, exchange permissions, and independent validation of delivered work.
5. No performance guarantee
Engineering can reduce defined technical and operational risks but cannot guarantee system uptime, exchange availability, execution price, latency, trading performance, profit, or freedom from defects.
6. Signed documents control
The signed proposal, Statement of Work, or services agreement defines the actual engagement. If a signed document conflicts with this page, the signed document controls.
